Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my bio! My name is Armando Padilla and I'm a Southern California native born at the Santa Monica Hospital. Originally from Los Angeles but our family quickly moved us to Santa Clarita in 1984. I have since then lived in Santa Clarita, which I feel was the best thing our father could have done for us. In 1998 I started working in escrow when I was 18 yrs old. In just a short amount of time I learned about what happens from start to finish in a real estate purchase transaction. I was able to build great relationships with realtors while working in escrow and it was only a matter of time before I moved from escrow and started assisting a top producing agent by 2001. I sharpened my communication, time management & sales skills while assisting my mentor/boss at the time. I got my real estate agent license in 2002. I soon then spread my wings and went on my own in 2003. Residential Real Estate has been my passion and I have been blessed to be a part of Remax since 2009. I quickly became a Top Producing Agent and gained a professional reputation amongst our community & colleagues.
